When the impeller rotates, the mineral slurry in the upper and lower impeller cavities generates centrifugal force under the action of the upper and lower blades, which is thrown towards the surroundings, forming a negative pressure zone in the upper and lower impeller cavities. At the same time, the slurry on the upper part of the cover plate is sucked into the upper impeller cavity through the circulation hole on the cover plate, forming an upward circulation of the slurry. When the lower blade throws the slurry around, the lower part of the slurry replenishes to the center, forming a downward circulation of the slurry. And the air is sucked into the upper impeller chamber through the suction pipe and central cylinder, mixed with the sucked mineral slurry, forming a large number of small bubbles. After stable flow through the cover plate, it is evenly dispersed in the groove, forming mineralized bubbles. The mineralized bubbles float up to the foam layer and are scraped out by the scraper, which is the foam product.
