1、 Overview

The standard arc plate electric separator adopts a double row four layer structure, with each layer having a ground plate shaped slide plate (made of stainless steel). The upper part of the slide plate is equipped with a shaped high-voltage electrostatic plate (made of aluminum plate), which adopts a double row four layer structure. Each layer of the arc plate electric separator has a ground plate shaped slide plate (made of stainless steel), and the upper part is equipped with a shaped high-voltage electrostatic plate (made of aluminum plate). This electrode plate is fixed (but adjustable), and after connecting the high-voltage electrostatic plate, The minerals slide through the lower ore plate to the grounding arc plate and enter the high-voltage electric field area. Conductive minerals are induced and charged, attracting them towards the electrode. However, due to the influence of gravity, the movement trajectory of the arc plate electric separator is different from that of non conductive minerals and discharged from the front. Non conductive minerals are also affected by the electric field, but they are not attracted and enter the lower layer for further sorting.

2、 Application

The arc plate electric separator is suitable for the separation and concentration of manganese ore, Ilmenite, high tin tungsten ore, Rutile, garnet, tantalum niobium ore, Chromite, rare earth ore, monazite, zircon, conductive and non-conductive minerals. The processing capacity is 1-2 tons per hour.

Plate type electric separator (arc plate electric separator) is mainly used to select a small amount of metal conductor minerals from non-metallic materials, especially suitable for the separation and purification of sand ore. The working principle of the plate type electric separator is that materials fall from the hopper by gravity onto the conductive plate. During the sliding process, conductive particles deviate from the original falling trajectory under the electrostatic attraction of the elliptical electrode on the upper side and are separated. Non conductive particles still slide along the conductive plate.
